Please read these carefully as they form part of the contract between us.

Your accommodation includes an en-suite bedroom, breakfast and parking on the premises for your vehicle. The price includes central heating, tea/coffee facilities, television and hairdryer in your room, and use of the residents’ lounge, including books, games and television.

We accept provisional bookings by telephone, post or email. To secure a booking we need to receive either a cheque for £15.00 per person or a credit card number, start, expiry date and security number (on the reverse). No charge is made to your card account until the date of your visit, except in circumstances shown below. Deposits are non-refundable.

No deposit is required for children under 15 years.

We are happy for guests to bring their dogs to Min Y Gaer, there is an extra charge of £2.50 per night per dog.  Guests are expected to keep their pet under control at all times, not to leave the animal alone in the bedroom at any time and suitable bedding should be brought with you for use by the dog as dogs are not allowed on furniture.

The balance of your payment is to be made not later than the morning of departure. We accept cash, cheques (with bankers card) and most major credit cards. We do not accept travellers’ cheques or holiday company vouchers. The person confirming the booking is responsible for paying all monies due (unless prior arrangements have been made).

In the event of a cancellation of less than 48 hours notice we reserve the right to charge for the first night’s accommodation. Should your visit be cut short, for whatever reason, it is normal policy to charge for the length of stay originally booked. Every effort would be made to re-let the room and if this occurred after your departure, you would be refunded accordingly.

If you intend cancelling by email, please note that unless YOU receive an email from us confirming the cancellation then we may not have received the cancellation email and you will still be CHARGED for the first night. (This only applies to credit card reservations).

We will do our best to provide a very high standard of accommodation. If your stay with us is disrupted through error or omission on our part, we will compensate you appropriately. This will be limited to a maximum of one night’s accommodation for each person affected.

As a courtesy to our guests we try to be flexible in accommodating your needs and will respond positively to any reasonable request such as early or late arrival, early breakfast, drying facilities, cycle storage etc. There will be no additional charge for these services. We cannot however guarantee to provide these services and no compensation will be due if we are unable to offer them.

We have no safe deposit and cannot be responsible for any property lost, stolen or damaged on our premises except by our own negligence. We also cannot accept responsibility for your vehicles whilst parked on our premises.

Our premises are strictly non-smoking and anyone who breaks this rule is liable to a charge of £50.00 to cover cleaning costs.
